i have finished putting all my things away. it is very strange being alone home here now. i hope i will run into someone who remembers i remember.

japan already looks very different when i can read most of  some of  a few of the street signs. in nagoya we were not supposed to leave school without senior older students, and most people at the dorms were changing  switch  also from other countries. i am not sure where to go to find something good to drink. can i ask one of you  someone?

i've been trying to brush up on my japanese, but its definitely more difficult than my practice books. i would like to practice, but if im more understandable in english to people that is okay too. maybe that is easier for people who can speak it?

(ooc: strikethroughs are alternate phrasings or words he couldn't remember that didn't actually make it into the post. italics are things typed in english.)

Welcome.

I like japanese tea, though it is not liked by everyone. Do you prefer something sweet?

There are a few tea houses that I like to go to. I will private message your their addresses. Perhaps it might be helpful to go with a friend to help you order. I volunteer Akaya.

Do you mean flower arrangements in vases? Or flowering trees? Some of them are just the former, but I will highlight the ones that are near the cherry trees, so you may appreciate them while having tea, when the season comes.

Akaya will need to take breaks sometimes. You could make sure he actually relaxes and doesn't spend his spare time shouting at people over the intenet.

When sakura season arrives, I'll be sure to let you know of all the good spots.

He sometimes gets too invested in his video games. He should experience the calming atmosphere of tea shops.

It is also possible to care too much about trivial things. I doubt Akaya has been to a tea house.
